If you've seen the Disney movie Ratatouille, you remember the part where he is roasting a mushroom with some cheese and rosemary, then gets struck by lightening which makes it taste out of this world, or "lightening-y". That is what I think of when I eat these strawberries because the mix of flavors is INCREDIBLE. There are no words to describe it, except some oohing and mmmming and maybe lightening-y.
Zingy Dunked Strawberries

1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel

Step-by-step tutorial:
Gather your ingredients. You will need strawberries, sour cream a lime, and brown sugar. That's it! Yep, these 4 ingredients come together to make a crazy good combo!

In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel.

Wash and completely dry your strawberries, leaving the stems on. I was so excited to find these GORGEOUS strawberries in the middles of winter. They were grown hydroponically!

These aren't something you can make ahead because the brown sugar dissolves, so it's more of a dip and eat kind of thing. You can set it up like a station and let everyone make their own.

First dunk the strawberry in the sour cream/lime mixture.

Then coat it with brown sugar. I use a spoon to sprinkle it on, but you can also roll them in the brown sugar.

Eat immediately, then make another! You will be so surprised and amazed at how yummy these little gems are. SO GOOD.
