Creamy Black Bean Salsa
A good black bean salsa is not hard to come by, but I've never found one quite as unique and delicious as this one. Black beans, corn, peppers, onion, cilantro, and a creamy dressing make this side dish a favorite with our family! When you take it to a party, you will leave with an empty bowl and everyone begging for the recipe. Personally, I could eat this by the spoonful and call it a meal because it's so yummy, but our family preference is to serve it with Scoops corn chips. Any way you eat it, you will be glad you did!
Fondue Italiano
When I was a kid, our Christmas Eve tradition was to have this Fondue Italiano before getting in our cozy pajamas and going to bed. It tastes just like pizza and is so delicious! My kiddos have always loved this fondue as well. It's known as "pizza fondue" at our house and is a filling favorite. You can dip a variety of things in it such as pepperonis, olives, mushrooms, or peppers, but our favorite dipper is big chunks of bread! So comforting and cheesy. I love fancy appetizers that taste unique and amazing, but are so easy to make. This delicious cheese spread is so quick to come together, and within minutes you have something quite addicting to put on your favorite crackers. The cheese has onion and garlic mixed in, then the whole thing is covered in a sweet and salty pecan glaze. Oh my!

Our family could be considered serious dippers. We love dips of all kinds.....chip dip, fruit dip, vegetable dip, you name it. There's just something about using food as a utensil for getting delicious things to the mouth. And who doesn't love ways to make fresh fruits and veggies taste even better, especially for our kiddos! This dip has been with our family for several decades and is creamy, dilly, and oh so flavorful. It's fantastic on bread, crackers, or vegetables! P. S. There is spinach in there, and they'll never know it.
