These cookies are a new favorite version of our Hot Cocoa Cookies. We think they are magical because they have no flour and create the coolest texture for a cookie. The outside is thin and crispy, and the inside is chewy and gooey! Doesn't that sound amazing? With white chocolate and almond extract, they are filled with some of our greatest flavors. Chocolate Angel Cake

This dessert is THE ONLY DESSERT you'll ever need in your life to be completely happy. It is our favorite cake of all time, and only comes out for birthdays so it's super special. Every time we have a birthday and I take that first bite again, I am just blown away! It's one of my oldest recipes and I found it in a magazine at my grandma's house when we were first married. It has changed our lives! If you try any one thing from my blog, I hope you'll try this. Seriously, this will blow your mind!

The Best Soft Caramels

For at least a decade, I've been perfecting my Christmas candy making. With gluten free kids, making dozens of baked goods didn't make sense, so I put my time and efforts into learning the art of making the best candy. My good friends and neighbors all look forward to our assortment of candies at Christmas time. I'm excited to share my learnings with you! We are starting with my all time favorite soft caramels. These little gems are heaven in every bite. Christmas wouldn't be the same without them!

Scotcharoos

Have you ever heard of a "scotcharoo"? Well, it is delicious! It is a great combination of peanut butter, butterscotch, and chocolate with a rice crispy treat! They are so much fun to serve to kiddos in the summer or for an after school snack. I keep mine refrigerated so they are cold, and on a hot summer day it's heaven!

Mother Goose Popcorn

This sweet popcorn is fun to make for different holidays by changing the color. We love to make green popcorn for St. Patrick's Day! It is such a tasty snack or dessert, and is a great surprise in a school lunch too. The sugary coating is unique to any other popcorn I make, and it's addicting! I don't know how this recipe got it's name, but it's been in my family for years.

Cherry Bing Bars

Thanks to my dad, I grew up loving the combination of chocolate and cherries. He got me addicted to "Big Cherry" candy early on, so when I found this recipe after a neighbor delivered some at Christmas, I knew I had found a keeper! The bottom layer of these bars is like a cherry fudge. Cherry fudge people!! The top is milk chocolate and peanut butter with chopped peanuts stirred in. The combination of the two is phenomenal. Out of all the candy we make at the holidays, this is MY favorite. Cherry Bing Bars are a Christmas treat you don't want to pass up!
